Three private, single-storey villas set behind a shared garden and pool in Teluk Awur. Here for a work trip, a contract, a move in progress, or the long run — Sunrise Villas works the same way for everyone: fully furnished, fully serviced, and ready the day you arrive. Not a hotel room. Not a holiday let. Just a well-made home, for exactly as long as you need it.

Every villa shares the same considered layout: a bay-windowed front porch for the car, an open living, dining and kitchen space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private back patio that steps down to the garden and shared pool.

Sunrise Villas is located in Teluk Awur, Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia — a quieter coastal stretch close to town and the sea.
The confirmed rate for a 12-month lease is Rp125,000,000 per year, plus a 5% reservation fee (credited toward your rent) and a 10% refundable security deposit. Pricing for 1, 3 and 6-month stays is still being finalized — join the priority list for updates.
Sunrise Villas is built for medium- and long-term living. We're offering 1, 3, 6 and 12-month stays. If you need something different, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
We're targeting Q1 2027. This is an indicative completion window and will be confirmed as construction progresses — see the Progress section above for our current milestones.
Each villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and approximately 78 m² of interior living space.
Each villa is furnished and equipped room by room — see the Move-In Ready section above for the confirmed list. The full specification is still subject to final confirmation, and we only list items that have been confirmed.

Yes — we're currently accepting reservations. For the confirmed 12-month lease, a 5% reservation fee secures your villa and is credited toward your annual rent. Joining the priority list itself is free and requires no payment.
